Bellamay Grand Apartment Homes brings our residents a stylish and serene living area nestled into the Gainesville countryside. We are proud to offer our residents four layouts to choose from, professionally color-coordinated floor plans, and fun amenities.

We ask our residents to be just as gracious to their neighbors. When entertaining at our community, here are some respectful suggestions:

• Keep your party inside your home. Don’t let the fun spill outside your front door.
• Give all your guests detailed directions and inform them where to park.
• If appropriate, consider inviting your neighbors to your party.
• If you know your celebration will outgrow the size of our apartments in Gainesville, Florida, our clubhouse is available for our residents’ entertaining purposes. It’s available for a small rental fee and can be reserved by calling our office staff.

While you’re not entertaining your friends and family, let our community entertain you. We have a community pool, theater room, fitness center, children’s playroom, and indoor basketball court.
