Keep Your Gainesville Apartment Refrigerator Spic & Span
Each Bellamay Grand apartment features colorful accents in the kitchen including coordinating floors and countertops, plus up-to-date appliances to match. Not surprisingly, however, the fridge often plays center stage in the kitchen and gets the most attention.
With all that heavy use, any refrigerator will collect its share of dirt and grime. Thankfully, a little disinfectant and some elbow grease can go a long way in making your refrigerator shine. Since each appliance in our Gainesville apartments is professionally chosen and installed, we encourage you to take care of your refrigerator-freezer with a few simple maintenance tips:
- Starting at the top, clean shelves and drawers with a disinfecting kitchen cleaner. Wash the outside of the fridge with a disinfectant, paying attention to door handles. Also wipe the door seal to remove any crumbs.
- Try eliminating odors with some vanilla poured onto a cotton ball and placed in the fridge. Or go the classic route and leave an opened box of baking soda for up to a month.
- If your refrigerator feels cold, but is not keeping your products cold enough, rearranging might be the answer. Keep an open area in the middle of your fridge to allow the cold air to evenly disperse. You also must allow sufficient air flow between items. Stuffing your refrigerator will affect its ability to keep your food cold.
In addition to each apartment’s generously sized appliances, Bellamay Grand residents enjoy a community pool and clubhouse, a fully equipped fitness center, an indoor basketball court, and many other great amenities.
