Kitchen – The stickiest problem with cooking is the grease, which has the ability to get everywhere. Wipe off cabinets and counters regularly to prevent stickiness and odors.
Living Room – Each Bellamay Grand apartment in Gainesville features coordinating ceiling fans. Keep your fans dust-free by placing a lightly dampened sock over a feather duster. Run over each slide of fan blades (when ceiling fans are turned off, of course).
Bathroom – Have a squeegee handy for after shower use. Quickly remove water from shower tiles, which will help you to maintain a mildew free restroom. Spray-on shower fresheners are nice, too.
